Your cashier Shannon needs an attitude adjustment. I went through the drive through this afternoon and my total came to $8.88. I gave Shannon my $10 and said "I have .88, just give me a second". I turn to hand her my change and she's counting out change from the drawer. I put my hand out and say "I said I had .88, here" and her response was a snippy "well I'm already getting you change". I told her I wasn't taking the change. She reluctantly gave me my dollar back and ended up dropping some of my .88 outside. Maybe if she wasn't so rude about insisting I just take her .12 I would have gotten out to pick it up. I get it, it's just change... so don't be rude about it!!
Well, I survived the experience, but I'm not sure I enjoyed it all that much. The fries were nice. The whole place wasn't very clean though.
I stopped there a few days ago at 6:00 PM and wanted to order a baked potato. I was told they were out of them. Really? At dinner time? I returned last night and it took 25 minutes to get two combo meals at the drive thru. I finally went in and asked where my food was and I was told it would be ready "soon." No apologies for the delay at all. I live about a mile from Wendy's and when I got home, the burgers, fries, and baked potato were barely room temperature. Never going back.
Good fast food at a decent price. Restraint is always clean and up kept. Staff is friendly and fast.
