I've had good experiences here and bad. Last time the waitress took 15 min just to get us 3 tap bud lights. And when we got them they were warm and the beer was real skunky, And food was cold. But I've had good luck here with good food and service. Good place just hit and miss with what you'll get
Great place for lunch or supper. We had Camille as our server the other night and she is awesome. Made for a great dining experience.
Waited too long for our food for not being super busy. One burger meal was ordered without lettuce or onion. It came with cheese which we didn't order and even got charged for. They had to bring out another burger and then forgot the tomato and pickles. The other meals were fine.
This location needs a serious investigation. We ordered online for a to-go order. (Mind you, this was a comp for a meal that got screwed up a week prior.) When we got the food home, the burger was pink (was ordered well done (as seen on the pics attached), and the other meal's mashed potatoes had lettuce in it). Called to complain and the girl who picked up said the manager was cooking. So we know who is to blame for a pink burger that was suppose to be well done. This will be the 3rd time we have been to this location and have had a problem. I don't know if it's a lack of management or just the incompetence of employees but we will NEVER give our business to another Applebee's ever again! If anyone from corporate is reading this, I highly suggest you do a through check on this location because their continued screw ups are going to close the doors.
Poor service coupled with even poorer quality food. Third try and it only has gotten worse with each visit. We will not be making this mistake again.
