People complain about waiting... remember there are hundreds of others in the same boat. This is a great service, took care of my cavities and I could afford it.
Lakeshore was a God send to my hubby & I. We have no insurance as my hubby needed surgery 2 + yrs ago & unable to return to work physically..so we are in a holding pattern waiting on his decision. We both have bad teeth needing fixed or pulled. Yes, we had to wait a bit.. I do not care.. we are now moving our full medical care to here.
When I couldn't turn to the private dental services in the area (was given very insane quotes for fillings I didn't necessarily need) I was able to obtain adequate care here and it didn't cost more than $30. Wait times and strict appointments are understandable given the price you pay and option of co-pay w/ Badgercare. If you have a pressing/emergency matter then this is understandably not the place to get care from.
Awefull! Good luck trying to get an appointment here I waited almost 5 months to get in here for a very bad cracked tooth then I find out the dentist (Dr. Tarens) is going on vacation that day this happened twice and they didn't even call me to let me know I had to call them! And good luck trying to get x-rays from them the first time I requested my x-rays they faxed them over to aspen but all aspen got was black sheets of paper because the literally just put the transparent x-rays in the copier then I called and asked if I can just pick them up she said sure just come in so I did then they tell me it's going to be 30 days before they can give them to me I had to pay to get x-rays done all over again!
