I haven't been to this facility in years (I was receiving dental care elsewhere, dentist retired, needed a new one) so I called to schedule a cleaning. Great, they could get me in the following week! I arrived, paperwork filled out, previous dental records along. The dentist examined me, suggested I get X-rays ($100+ - I don't have dental coverage), and then I find out that I won't be having my teeth cleaned - my reason for being there. Their protocol is exam first, cleaning second... in two separate appointments. Apparently, they aren't capable of allotting appropriate time for the required care for a visit so they break it up into 2 appointments. However, this was never discussed when I called to make the appointment - for a cleaning. They said they did it this way because I hadn't been there for a few years and they didn't know what to expect. But... when I called to make the appointment, whoever scheduled was completely aware I have been receiving dental care the whole time because she helped me figure out how to get my dental records from my previous office to theirs. Very frustrating experience! I hope they can communicate their process of care to future clients better than they did with me.
Their staff is excellent and their Dentists are great! They have flexible hours and their facility is awesome!
I hadn't had dental care in several years; and went in to Dental Park to get a cracked tooth repaired, and a temporary cap replaced. They treated me so nicely and respectfully, I was very impressed. Their clinic is staffed with wonderful people. From the office staff, to the clinic staff, to Dr. Garcia my dentist; they all went out of their way to treat me well. I would recommend them highly to everyone.
