The grooming salon has extremely knowledgeable staff, most with several years of experience. It becomes very clear when you see them interact with the dogs that the staff truly cares about and knows the dogs as individuals. They take their time and are very patient.
went there to buy some items and sadly had to return them as my cat didn't like the bed as well as the collars were too big for her and after entering the manager on duty in the morning heidi gave me a rude look when she saw the bag and didn't acknowledge my presence. very rude and uncourteous manager. I will give the staff a good review as they understood why the return was there and were very friendly. Sadly due to the manager Heidi that morning I have to give a one star as any manager shouldn't give this unprofessional behavior and if they behave this way should be written up.
I love to shop for bargains. I have four dogs and am always looking for their food needs and my $needs. If I cant find it, I can ask a friendly associate and they are happy me to find my needs, and I leave satisfied that at my Petco, they are knowledgeable, and helpful. Cookies and treats to the manitowoc crew.

Professional and knowledgeable staff that is friendly and greets you with a smile. Always happy to help you find the best product to fit your needs. Grooming service is great as well. I have an Irish Wolfhound and she can be a bit much but they always get her cleaned up well and somehow get her to sit well for them to clip her nails.
