The people are so rude and not nice to deal with when I have to go in to get something. No customer should be treated with eye rolling or big sighs over a simple question that was asked nicely
Slow service. Don't get mail until after 5PM most days. No wonder the USPS is bankrupt. Incompetent carriers who are overpaid.
my mail person,dose not alway pick uo my mail when my flag is up,this happen 3 times already. why?
Odered a package that was in manitowoc when it was supposed to be here, but they didnt deliver it. The mail person also keeps mixing up our packages with a close neighbours.
My mail lady been Leave my mail in the wrong mail box for days and i don't understand how when my neighbor bring it to me it have the right address on the mail then when I try to contact Some one to talk to them about it no answer the mail lady gave me a lil attitude because I told her she been put my self in other people mail boxs in some of the stuff I order that should had been in my mail box didn't make it to me because she probably put it in the wrong one on mistake she got mad in Told me she put it in the right one .....but two of my neighbors have brought me mail that was in their mailbox within different days i'm very disappointed with the way my mail being handle
