Always has good parking, and they recently replaced the black top!
Much nicer now after refinishing the parking lot.
This is a very convenient location for those wanting a place to meet other drivers for travel. It's also large enough for buses to park allowing a large group to choose from several restaurants right across a non busy street. I would also assume your vehicle would be safe as it is in a higher traffic area. I've regularly seen law enforcement in the area.
