Come here often due to my love for chicken wings but had to leave a review tonight because of our outstanding waiter. Carter was fast, helpful and super nice. A real genuine dude! Best service by far we have ever received while dining here. Thanks Carter!!

This is the first time we did not leave a tip. Our waitress was VERY inattentive to us. We got our drinks with our meal not before as requested . Kayla was aweful.
First of all I love buffalo wild wings, however I just moved to manitowoc and the service and food quality at this location is horrible. The wings are dry and flavorless and the pretzels came with old reheated cheese. It's disgusting . I will not be eating here again. The lids on the cheese were melted from reheating and all over the box. Super dissatisfied with the this location.
Food is always good, and a nice selection of draft beers. But the place seems a bit understaffed, and a bit pricey.
