Earlier this week I stopped into Kay Jewelers in Manitowoc with my husband which was my first visit there and my last. We stopped there to look at a ring for our anniversary. The store was very nicely put together but the manager was being very rude, not to us, but to his employees. While at the store a young lady was helping us choose a ring and we told her that we just needed a little bit to look around. The manager then pulled her aside, probably thinking that we couldn't see, and told her that she should talk less and let us talk more when we really weren't sure and she was actually helping us. I thought that this act was very immature and could've been done differently. We then thanked the young lady and left without a ring.
We had Brad here, he was amazing!!! Never rushed us nor pushed his options on us. Very informitive on all rings. We will be going back there soon!
On my Visit the other day I shocked by how horrible the manager Brad treats his employees. He yelled at one girl 3 times while i was there, at one point I saw her walk to the back crying.
