After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to seek treatment but since my past experiences have been good I went to the Walk-in clinic. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a filled prescription. The staff was professional and polite. The nurse was very friendly. I rate it 4 stars because like so many other healthcare providers now days, they spend more time looking at the computer than at me. But it's like that all over.
Nothing but nice things to say from the welcome in the front door to the excellent nursing staff to the Dr.s. Very enjoyable experience.
My 82 year old mom had an appointment yesterday at 3pm with Dr.Pitre at HFM Shady Lane Clinic. We sat in the exam room from 3pm-4pm no nurse and no doctor ever came in. Common sense would be for the nurse to come let us know my mom wasn't forgotten, apologize for the doctor being so far behind and let us know about how much longer it will be. Thank goodness I went with my mom because I strongly feel this is very unexceptional to treat a patient like this especially the elderly who have a hard time understanding. Very disappointed !!!!!!
In trying to find a male physician in family medicine or internal medicine for my husband I found two which is not much of a choice. Very few "male" physicians actually available to be a primary care doc. Most specialize and there are some female physicians which he isn't comfortable with as an ongoing pcp. Really, get up to speed with more physicians to serve the community. Provide choices!
Very disrespectful nurse. Yelling at me, assuming I'm not eating healthy during my pregnancy when I'm eating fruits and veggies along with healthy meals. Swearing at me as well which is very unprofessional. Felt like I didn't get the support I needed from here as well and with being in the ER side, you'd think they'd be a bit more professional.
