Pfeffer was used for a family member's funeral. I and other family members met with Kevin to go over funeral plans. I was asking a few questions (paying money for these services so I had a few questions). I could tell by the look on his face he did not like my questioning and turned to me and said "I have answered your questions Little Girl!" That was completely unprofessional and rude on his part. I wanted to leave and never use this funeral home but it wasn't my choice at that point. Sorry to have questions but at the cost of this funeral, I had every right to ask questions. On top of that, we had wanted to play music for the funeral. Although the music was played, it was so poor quality you could barely hear it. I asked Kevin if he could turn it up or do something so people could enjoy the music and he gave me a snarky remark that was the best he could do! A portable boombox would have been better!
