Good customer service, but how are you a place where you sell "batteries" and not have any 3.7v batteries? This is second time I have come here for specialty batteries and both times not had what I have been looking for.
Great Product, installed quickly but attendant waited on another customer in the middle of giving me my core return. Ignorance or lack of common sense that is too common in this new generation. Great battery, poor service.
I rec'd the correct batteries quickly, but had to pick them up at the store. since i am disabled and ca't f=drive, i would have preferred rthey would have been mailed to me.

"Late yesterday afternoon I went to Batteries Plus as my automatic car starter has not worked for the past 4 years & my coworkers told me that it may just be that it needs a new battery. The car starter has batteries??? Who knew? I was helped by Dominic, the Assistant Mgr. who not only replaced the battery, but went out to my vehicle on a freezing cold, windy, rainy night; sat in my vehicle and reprogramed my car starter. And it works!!!
You know, in this day and age of hearing all of the bad things on the news it sure was nice to experience this exceptional customer service."
