Also they're open until 10pm (all year? not sure) which is real helpful for us students needing later evening study time.
5/5 rating because of the excellent staff! They've gone beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. I've watched them treat many customers with kindness and understanding. A family spilled a drink and the barista said "What kind of drink was it?" and proceeded to help clean up and replace the drink. Their consistently above-average service is why I love coming here.

Ordered a venti pour-over. Took FIFTEEN MINUTES. It was the wrong coffee by a long shot. Got awful response from staff, too busy to refund me. They weren’t too busy to take my money. Ended up getting a “that stinks.” Total incompetence.
