Perhaps they think they are too good to provide quality service to their customers anymore and their lack of hours seem to reflect that.

In fairness, I cannot rate the quality as "poor" since I wasn't allowed to buy anything. I was told that I was not welcome to purchase anything in the store because I am a supporter of the Second Amendment. At first I thought it was a joke, being thrown out of a store because I literally support the consitution, but it was no joke and here I am with no bike for me OR my kid.
So if you own guns or if you don't own guns but support the rights of people to own guns, do not bother coming here because you'll be told you are not welcome.
Great store and great experience! I go there a good bit. Always helpful and fast service. One time i had a problem riding in on my way to work. Dropped off my bike and they brought it to me at lunch time at work!! It was raining and they drove it over in their van.
Another time i a friend of mine was riding and he broke a spoke. He called the store and they picked him and his bike up! Great Service.
Used to be the place to go in Manitowoc for bikes, but the service is poor at best since they moved out to Dewey Street. Brought a bike in to get investigated by the manufacturer and took them over 3 weeks and they never produced a result. Brought it to a different shop and the issue was solved the same day.
